    I know I’m *way* late on nominating this post, and as such it won’t make the shortlist, but I’ve just read it, and had to put it up here anyway…

    Hello. I’d like to nominate this. The post itself is meticulous and searching, of course, but I also like the pronounced attempt Ms Pants makes to engage her readers in discussion. I think this blogger has a glorious, agitating mind, and I like to imagine her cursing violently (over a gin, hopefully) at the threadbare nature of so much of the stuff that passes for “debate” in Blogoslavia.

    (The post, incidentally, deals with the fraught subject of naked images of children being used in - or as - art.)
